Can you come out the same day?
In most cases yes. We keep space in the diary for emergencies such as burst pipes, leaks, no heating and no hot water, and we work across Cardiff seven days a week. Ring us and we will tell you honestly when we can be with you.
Are your engineers Gas Safe registered?
Yes. All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers, and we are also a Which? Trusted Traders member and Checkatrade approved.
My boiler has stopped working — what should I check first?
Check the boiler pressure gauge, make sure the thermostat is calling for heat, and check that the gas supply and electrics are on. If there is a fault code on the display, note it down and tell us when you call — it usually tells us what parts we need to bring.
How often should a boiler be serviced?
Once a year. An annual service keeps the boiler running safely and efficiently, and most manufacturer warranties require it to stay valid.
Do you give prices before starting work?
Yes. We explain what is wrong, what needs doing and what it will cost before we begin, so there are no surprises on the bill.
Do you work with landlords?
We do. We carry out landlord gas safety certificates (CP12), gas safety checks and repairs on rental properties across Cardiff.
